Returns & Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your product let Castle Davitt Furniture know. If your items are found faulty or not as described on our website on delivery please inform the Castle Davitt Furniture driver. Alternatively give us a call and we will arrange pick up of the faulty item and we will replace the item. Faults should be reported within a 3 day period of your delivery or collection date.

If you are unsure about a purchase or change your mind a store credit will be issued against any custom orders returned within 7 days.  Smalls goods need to be in their original packaging and in pristine condition for return. In the case of larger items a 20% restocking fee will be applied. For special order items (non-stock products) cancellation of order is not an option.  Please note mattresses once opened cannot be returned.

Castle Davitt Furniture will not accept the products back if they have been used and are not in their original packaging.

Floor model/display models are sold as seen, and no refunds will be issued on these goods. Full payment will be required to secure these goods and a delivery charge of €50 will be applied.

Castle Davitt Furniture will provide all customer with measurements, however it’s the customer responsibility to ensure the goods will fit in the intended space. In the instance where a product is custom ordered, Castle Davitt Furniture will not accept return unless there is a genuine fault.
